Aaron and Chelsea’s wedding was filled with so much love, and I can’t wait to share it with you! They had a beautiful fall wedding in Fairmont, West Virginia. The couple picked such wonderful details for their special day, and it really made their wedding amazing. For example, they chose a navy and burgundy color palette, which is perfect for fall weddings. They even had fun handmade masks, a tux for the groom and all lace for the bride! They’re clearly a creative couple.

Getting Ready

One of my favorite moments to capture is the bride getting ready. This is such a special time for the bride and her closest family and friends! Her mom was so excited to help her daughter get dressed. Getting ready photos are so important on a wedding day, and it’s even better if you have a second shooter. For me, this means someone can be shooting the groom while I shoot the bride. I just love when I can capture the bridesmaids seeing the bride all dressed up for the first time. It’s such an emotional moment for everyone!

Chelsea wore a ballgown covered in beautiful sequined lace by Essence of Australia. Her something blue was so fun! She chose cobalt blue boots that had rhinestones for a little extra sparkle. Her bridesmaids wore chiffon burgundy gowns from Azazie, and the groomsman wore navy suits. When it came to the bouquets, Chelsea’s was cascading with dusty miller and large roses, and the bridesmaids had a fun touch of yellow with big sunflowers.

Fall Wedding in Fairmont

Chelsea had two first looks, one with her dad and another with her groom. It was so sweet to see how excited her dad was. He was so happy!

The couple did most of the décor themselves, including the ceremony arch for their ceremony inside the Knights of Columbus. I think it’s so amazing that they personalized their décor like that. The ceremony was beautiful, and the reception was perfect.

One of the coolest parts of this wedding was shooting the bride and groom with a vintage Ford Galaxie 500 convertible! This super cool car was the perfect baby blue color!
