Francesca and Tyler’s Hotel Morgan engagement session was a gorgeous formal photoshoot. The couple met when Tyler started law school, and Francesca is one year ahead of him. Basically, the second they met, they immediately started dating. It’s so cliche to say “when you know, you know,” but that is actually so true for them. A lot of dates in the library later, and here they are! Their love of WVU football really bought them together. That is one reason why they chose a September wedding date, on a bye-week, of course. They actually chose the date before they even got engaged because they wanted to make sure that they could get married in September without interfering with football!
They are also both country music junkies. Their favorite dates would be seeing Garth Brooks in Pittsburgh and Thomas Rhett in Nashville! But Tyler is the most fun-loving, goofy person in the world, so they laugh and have a blast doing literally anything (including weekly ice cream runs).

These two brought their A-game to their session! They had two fashionable outfits, that made this session even more fun. Francesca started the session in a champagne sequined gown, with a bright red lip. Tyler wore a classic black suit that tied in perfectly. For their second outfit, Francesca changed into a fun black jumpsuit from Lulus. Tyler changed into a blue suit jacket.
Hotel Morgan is such a cool and modern hotel that has a fun art-deco bar that made the perfect backdrop for this engagement session! It also happens to be where her parents had their reception twenty-five years ago, and it ironically was completely renovated this year, so it was the perfect spot for the session!
Their wedding is planned for 9/10/22, and I am SO excited! I had so much fun shooting their engagement session, and I can only imagine how gorgeous their wedding photos are going to turn out!
