Like I mentioned in my last blog post, I’ve shot all over! I’ve particularly worked around Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Maryland. I just love that I’m able to shoot at so many different venues. Since we’ve covered West Virginia, I thought it would be fun to cover the best PA wedding venues!
Linwood Estate
The Linwood Estate has everything you want and more. It is beyond perfect for the classic bride dreaming of an outdoor ceremony, a stunning indoor reception, and a gorgeous field for the perfect sunset portraits. Linwood Estate is in Carlisle, PA, and it’s a private estate with over 300 acres of beauty. It goes all the way back to 1807, so it’s a historic estate as well. They have several different packages, so I would really encourage you to check them out!
The Pennsylvanian
Nothing says grand like this space, so it definitely earns its place as one of the best PA wedding venues! Located in Pittsburgh, The Pennsylvanian is actually an apartment building. But it has an event space that is just beyond beautiful. Originally constructed in 1900 for use as Pittsburgh’s Union Station, The Pennsylvanian is considered one of the city’s most architecturally significant buildings. There’s a Grand Hall and a Rotunda that you can utilize for your wedding. Checking out this unique venue is completely worth your time.
Pittsburgh Botanical Gardens
What a perfect venue for flower lovers! They take such good care of the blooms in this garden, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. At Pittsburgh Botanical Gardens, not only do you have the gardens, but you can get access to a beautifully restored barn that serves as their Event Center. It’s a lovely wedding venue right in the heart of Pennsylvania.
RiverFront Weddings
This space is not only unique, for all of my creative, artsy people, but it is so jaw-dropping and perfect for warm weather weddings! RiverFront Weddings is in Aspinwall, and it prides itself on seamless urban and modern elements with gorgeous outdoor views. It’s also handicap accessible, which is an important detail we don’t usually think about!
Hotel Monaco
The rooftop on Hotel Monaco is amazing! You can get some gorgeous city views for your ceremony and access to a beautiful ballroom for your reception. As one of the best PA wedding venues, this venue provides an experience like no other! Plus, they take care of catering for you, which is one thing off your wedding planning plate!
Beautiful venues are my favorite because they’re always so good for photos. Capturing those special moments in such amazing spaces is just a joy. I love shooting in new spaces too!
